I hope this will help you understand a little about solar or the need to be prepared for a natural disaster. I will cover

Solar panel set-up including building a solar generator which includes AGM deep cycle batteries or lithium, the use of a solar controller, fusing and breakers, wiring gauge size, adding solar panels to an array, connecting a pure sine wave inverter for powering devices.

After watching what happened in Texas and talking to people about it. It is true that everyone should be prepared for power outages. Failure to prepare led to dire circumstances for many. Even being prepared was a challenge. For example, if you cannot extend yourself, to build a generator. Ask yourself these questions.

Do you have wood to burn to keep warm?

Do you have an extra water reserve, in case there is no access to water?

Do you have an emergency kit?

Even if you do not have or use a solar generator, maybe a gas generator can be an option.

So this is the start of this website in 2021
